Connected Glass Addon will allow you to modify vanilla glass. Get new, more beautiful and interesting types of glass. You will now get glass in different shapes, colors and looks.

Vanilla Minecraft glass turns pristine penthouse picture windows into ugly prison bars, but the Connected Glass Addon finally brings seamless, borderless panoramic views to Bedrock.

Building with glass in standard Bedrock has been an exercise in frustration since day one. You spend three hours gathering sand, smelting glass, and framing a massive forty-block wall to showcase an ocean sunrise, only to end up with a chaotic grid of thick gray borders chopping your view into tiny, irritating squares. Java players enjoyed seamless OptiFine connected textures for over a decade, while Bedrock builders were stuck coping with chunky gridlines or janky texture hacks. This pack permanently solves that architectural headache by fusing adjacent glass panes and blocks into clean, unified surfaces with zero visual seam interruption.

The execution across different palettes is where this addon really shines. It doesn't just tweak regular clear glass blocks; the borderless logic applies across every stained glass color, tinted blocks, and thin glass panes. Assembling a neon cyberpunk skyscraper or a massive cathedral with towering stained-glass arches suddenly looks clean, as rich dye colors blend across the entire surface instead of cluttering your facade with hundreds of conflicting borders. Greenhouse projects look like professional conservatories, modern villas get legitimate floor-to-ceiling glass walls, and deep-sea observation domes finally look like genuine underwater facilities rather than clunky cages wrapped in chicken wire.

For survival purists, the progression loop feels natural and doesn't rely on creative mode cheats. You can feed regular vanilla glass straight into a stonecutter to spin up connected variants, keeping your survival world completely vanilla-friendly and achievement-compatible depending on your server setup. Laying down a hundred blocks along an expansive aquarium build feels instantly rewarding, as neighboring blocks seamlessly wipe their inner borders the second they connect with matching glass tiles.

Crucially, the texture atlas handling runs lean on Bedrock’s rendering engine, sidestepping the stuttering frame drops or visual artifacting that often ruin heavy texture packs on mobile devices and consoles. Even across sprawling mega-bases packed with thousands of transparent blocks, chunks load without weird texture-popping or lighting glitches. Ditch the eye-straining borders, install the Connected Glass Addon, and finally give your builds the sleek, modern glasswork they’ve needed for years.

Swapped my old windows for connected glass and my modern house instantly looked like an architectural render. No borders, just clean views — chef’s kiss.
