Chocolate Hills Map

Maps / Creation Maps

Chocolate Hills Map is all about that iconic “endless rolling domes” scenery that makes the real Chocolate Hills such a flex landmark. In the Philippines (Bohol province), the Chocolate Hills are this massive geological formation with at least 1,260 hills and sometimes counted as high as 1,776, spread across a huge area. The name comes from the way the hills are covered in grass that can turn brown in the dry season, which is exactly the kind of natural detail that makes the place feel unreal. This map brings that idea into Minecraft Bedrock as a landscape you can actually run around in instead of just looking at photos online.

In-game, the best part is how the terrain changes your movement and your sense of direction. From the ground, you’re constantly cresting one hill, dropping into a shallow dip, then popping back up again, which makes exploring feel more like hiking than standard flat-world travel. If you’re playing survival, it’s a fun spot to build a lookout base because every hill is basically a natural viewpoint. If you’re more of a creative builder, it’s a perfect backdrop for resorts, trails, scenic bridges, or a full “tourist area” build that leans into that Philippines travel vibe.

Chocolate Hills Map also hits different if you play it like a challenge run: pick a hill as your home, then force yourself to gather resources by hopping hill-to-hill with limited supplies. And if you’ve got Elytra later on, flying over the rounded terrain is straight-up satisfying, because the landscape looks like waves frozen in place. It’s a simple concept, but it makes Minecraft Bedrock feel like a real-world postcard you can explore.
