If you want a genuinely brutal speedrun challenge that completely breaks your standard survival habits, you need to load up the Infinite Nether in the Overworld map right now.
This insane Vibe code project completely corrupts your spawn point by generating an endless, chaotic Nether landscape directly inside the Overworld dimension. You are thrown straight into a hellscape of netherrack, massive lava oceans, and jagged terrain the second you load in. The craziest part? It is a fully functional survival map and 100% Achievement Friendly. You have to figure out how to scavenge for basic Overworld resources, survive the hostile terrain, and speedrun the entire game while the environment itself is literally built against you.
Since you are already trying to speedrun through a literal inferno, playing this vanilla is a missed opportunity. You absolutely need to pair this map with a Hardcore Temperature & Thirst Mod (like a Bedrock Tough As Nails port). Trying to manage your hydration levels and avoid heat stroke while navigating endless Overworld lava oceans adds a completely ridiculous layer of torture to your run. Throw on a Dark Fantasy Texture Pack to make the hellish red blocks and lava lighting look incredibly grim and cinematic, and you have the ultimate hardcore challenge.

Android: you need to find the downloaded file on your phone, use any file manager for this and import the map into the game by opening it.
IOS: after receiving the map, the device itself will offer to install it.
Windows 10: go to the folder where the files are downloaded, find mcworld there and activate it.
