You’ve found a barrel, your friend is right behind you, and there’s an enchanted item inside. Grab it first—that little glint could help decide the winner of Rainbow World Hunt.
This colorful Minecraft Bedrock map turns exploration into a scavenger hunt with 54 different items to find. Everything on the list is hidden in barrels, so you’ll need to look carefully as you move through the rainbow-filled world. The collection includes all kinds of things, from dyes and concrete in different colors to food, flowers, and other recognizable Minecraft items. Finding a barrel is exciting, but check what’s inside before you rush off: the item you need might be there, and the first player to reach it gets the enchanted copy. Keep track of your finds as you go, because that last missing color can be surprisingly easy to overlook.
There are three points up for grabs during a competitive game. One goes to the first player to find every item on the list. Another goes to whoever collects the most enchanted items, rewarding players who reach those barrels first. The third goes to the first person to find the Lily of the Valley. Whoever finishes with the most points wins. That setup gives you a few ways to stay in the race: even if someone finds the flower before you do, there’s still a reason to search carefully and compete for the other points. Seeing a friend sprint away from a barrel you haven’t checked yet might be all the motivation you need.
Before the hunt starts, agree to follow the map’s rules. Each player can take only one of each item on the list, and the items you find should not be consumed. Leave things displayed in item frames and books on lecterns where they are, and don’t interfere with the map’s entities. The point is to search the barrels rather than strip the decorations for a quick shortcut. If you find cake or a cookie, resist the urge to eat your evidence. Keep your collection organized instead; it’s much easier to check your progress when the different dyes and blocks aren’t buried under a pile of unrelated items.
Rainbow World Hunt works nicely as a lighthearted contest with friends, but you can also explore at your own pace and see how many of the 54 items you can locate. In a group, splitting up may help everyone cover more ground, though it also means someone else might reach that enchanted item before you do. Make a mental note of places you’ve already searched, check barrels when you spot them, and don’t forget to keep an eye out for the Lily of the Valley. The world’s bright colors give the hunt a cheerful feel, but that doesn’t make the competition any less real when you’re both racing toward the same barrel.
How to install?
Android: you need to find the downloaded file on your phone, use any file manager for this and import the map into the game by opening it.
IOS: after receiving the map, the device itself will offer to install it.
Windows 10: go to the folder where the files are downloaded, find mcworld there and activate it.
