Smell Bad vs Robots Mod takes a totally normal survival world and turns it into a smell-based disaster. You get a new Stinky Bar above your hunger, and once that thing empties out, you’re officially gross. Your character starts giving off particles, anything with a nose takes damage if they stand near you, and you can literally hurt your friends just by hanging around their base too long. Walk, sprint, jump, grind — all that activity ramps up the bacteria on you, and if you don’t deal with it, you basically become a mobile poison cloud.

To stay fresh, you’ve got to craft Deo for Protection. It’s not just some lazy craft either. First you set up the soda chain: filter sand with a Powder Filter, soak it with water, suck it back up as a sand bucket, mix that with kelp, then smelt it to get Soda Powder. At the same time you’re combing beaches for blue plastic trash, grinding it down in a Plastic Grinder, and compressing the dust into Plastic Sheets. Mix water, flowers, soda powder, and plastic together and you get Deo — a multi-use item that keeps the smell off you for a bit. It doesn’t make you immune, but it buys you time before the stinky bar betrays you again.



If you ignore hygiene, the world pushes back. Robots wander the overworld sniffing out anything foul. If they lock onto your smell, they’ll go after you with Soap Guns that are built to erase bacteria monsters in one hit and still hurt players pretty well. On top of that, there are Smelly Bacteria Monsters with their own nasty tricks: some split when they die, some drain your stinky bar faster, some clone themselves when they find a target. If you already stink, they’ll treat you like one of the squad and leave you alone, which is funny until you realize you’re now the biohazard.

There’s even a little social touch: you can craft a Cover Nose item so your character actually covers their nose when you’re near someone rank. With the updated recipes making plastic cheaper, it’s easier to keep Deo on hand—but you still have to manage it. Overall, Smell Bad vs Robots Mod turns hygiene into an actual mechanic: either you stay clean, protect your friends, and hose down the bacteria with soap and gadgets… or you lean into the chaos, spread the stink, and watch the robots chase you across the map.

Installation Mod:
- Download the .mcaddon / .mcpack;
- Open the file to import into the game;
- In World Settings → Resource Packs and Behavior Packs, enable it (turn on Experiments if needed);
- Have fun!
