The reward system is intentionally luck-based. When you kill a skeleton, it won’t dump a whole stack of broken gear on you all at once. Instead, it drops one OP item at a time, so you have to keep fighting skeletons if you want more of the crazy stuff. That also means the gameplay loop becomes: clear skeletons, check what you got, then decide if you keep grinding or move on. It’s basically a gamble mechanic tied to a mob you already run into everywhere.

There’s also a specific “how to claim” flow that matters so you don’t think the mod is bugged. The items you get may have different names, and you’re told not to assume they’re fake. The instruction is to throw the item on the ground, and then you will get a barrel. You open that barrel, and inside is the actual level 32767 enchanted item you threw—again, not all at once, one item per drop. So the barrel acts like the delivery container for the real OP reward, and the weird naming is part of the process.

In-game, this mod is obviously meant for chaotic, broken-fun runs. Once you start getting level 32767 enchanted gear, normal survival balance can disappear fast, and skeletons turn into your main “progression path” instead of mining or upgrading the usual way. Practical tip: if you’re using this in a world you care about, treat it like a challenge mode rather than a normal survival save, because the power jump can make everything else feel pointless. And if you’re playing with friends, set basic rules on sharing, since the loot is luck-based and one person can get stacked way faster than everyone else.
