Expanded Waypoints Mod / Addon

Mods / Addons / Mods 1.21

Expanded Waypoints Mod is built for players who do a lot of moving around and don’t want every session to turn into a marathon. It gives you the ability to create waypoints and teleport to them, but it keeps things grounded with clear limits and a distance-based XP cost. You can create up to 35 waypoints, which is plenty for a full survival world if you’re the type who has a main base, a few outposts, favorite mines, farms, trading spots, and random “I swear I’ll build here later” locations.

The command flow is straightforward. You type /expanded_waypoints:point, hit Enter, and it opens an interface where you can create, remove, and teleport to your waypoints. That UI approach is huge because it means you’re not constantly retyping long commands or trying to remember exact coordinates when you’re in a rush. In real gameplay, that convenience hits hardest after a long cave run or when you’re trying to bounce between projects—like checking a farm, grabbing supplies at base, then heading back out to whatever you were working on.

The XP pricing is simple and easy to plan around: for every 1,000 blocks, you’re charged 1 XP. That means short teleports feel cheap and practical, while huge cross-world jumps actually cost something, so you still have a reason to think before you spam it. Practical tip: if you’re trying to keep your XP for enchanting or repairs, use Expanded Waypoints Mod mostly for the annoying “commute” trips—like getting back to a distant build site after you respawned, or hopping to a remote resource area when you’re on a time crunch. For really long-distance moves, it can be smart to stockpile XP first, then do your big teleports in one planned run instead of bouncing back and forth.

One important detail is that waypoints are personal. The waypoints you create can only be used by you for teleportation, so it’s not a shared fast-travel network for everyone on a world. That’s actually a nice balance for multiplayer vibes because it keeps your own mobility tools private and avoids the whole “public teleport hub” chaos unless you set up your own rules outside the addon. Expanded Waypoints Mod is basically a clean, self-contained travel helper for Minecraft Bedrock that saves time without pretending distance doesn’t matter.

Installation Mod:
- Download the .mcaddon / .mcpack;
- Open the file to import into the game;
- In World Settings → Resource Packs and Behavior Packs, enable it (turn on Experiments if needed);
