ITALIAN BRAINROTS Mod doesn’t even pretend to be normal. The second you drop it into a world, everything starts to feel like you scrolled too far into meme TikTok and got stuck there. Instead of just zombies and skeletons, you’re running into Brainrot Italians – loud, over-the-top characters that bring flying pizzas, screaming slugs, and pure chaos energy straight into your worlds. It’s not about balance or calm survival; this is full-on brainrot, but in block form.

There are 30 different Brainrots running around, each with their own weird presence, so you’re never just fighting the same guy with a recolor. On top of that, you’ve got 4 big bosses that crank the madness even higher and 10 baby/kid versions that keep things noisy and annoying in the funniest way. They don’t feel like regular mobs – more like walking memes that decided to spawn in your plains biome and refuse to leave.



The addon doesn’t stop at mobs, either. Lucky Blocks get pulled into the mess, dropping all sorts of Brainrot-flavored outcomes so every break feels like you’re gambling your sanity as much as your inventory. Custom weapons show up to match the tone, letting you lean into the chaos instead of just swinging a boring default sword. When you need gear, you’ve got the Brainrot merchant, a dedicated trader who deals in this whole cursed ecosystem and helps you kit up for whatever madness is waiting around the next corner.

Installation Mod:
- Download the .mcaddon / .mcpack;
- Open the file to import into the game;
- In World Settings → Resource Packs and Behavior Packs, enable it (turn on Experiments if needed);
- Have fun!
