Feed Your Friends! Mod / Addon

Mods 1.26 / Mods 1.21

Feed Your Friends! Mod [Achievements + Multiplayer] fixes the most annoying “co-op survival” problem: trying to share food without turning your base into a dropped-item mess. Instead of tossing steak on the ground and hoping your friend picks it up before it despawns or gets snatched, you just hold food, look at the player you want to feed, and use the item. The food goes to them instead of you, and they receive the hunger, saturation, and any effects exactly like they ate it themselves.

That “full vanilla effects” part is what makes it feel legit. Golden apples still give regeneration and absorption, rotten flesh can still hit them with hunger, and pufferfish is still a terrible idea unless you’re trolling. The mod also handles containers properly, so if you feed someone stew you get the bowl back, and if you feed honey you get the glass bottle back. It even makes milk buckets useful in clutch moments by clearing all effects from the recipient, while honey bottles clear poison specifically, which is perfect when someone gets tagged and starts panicking.

Some foods keep their weird personality too. Chorus fruit teleports the recipient to a random nearby location, which can be either a hilarious save or absolute chaos depending on the timing. Suspicious stew applies the correct effect based on the flower used to craft it, so you can’t “cheat” the system—if it’s risky stew, it’s risky for your friend too. The mod also adds hunger indicators above player nametags, so you can tell who needs food without asking. No icon means they’re full, then it steps down through getting peckish, properly hungry, and straight-up starving, plus the icon appearance changes when someone has the hunger effect, so you can spot problems fast.

To keep it fair, the cooldown between feeds matches vanilla eating speed, so you can’t machine-gun feed someone to instantly refill them. Eating and drinking sounds play from the recipient, which is a nice touch because it makes the action feel real in multiplayer and lets nearby players hear that someone just got fed. And if your server or world runs custom foods, it supports modded food automatically as long as the item uses a data-driven food component, so it plays nicely with other addons.

Feed Your Friends! Mod [Achievements + Multiplayer] is one of those Minecraft Bedrock quality-of-life packs that immediately changes co-op vibes. It makes supporting teammates feel smooth, keeps inventories cleaner, and turns “who has food?” into a quick look-and-feed action instead of a whole dropped-item dance.
