Complete Paranoia: Random Mobs Spawn When You Mine Mod
Normally, strip-mining in Bedrock Edition is a relaxing, almost brain-dead activity where you just hold down a button and gather resources. This addon completely destroys that peace of mind. Instead of just picking up some dirt or cobblestone, every single block you break triggers a massive gamble. The block disappears, but a completely random mob instantly spawns in its place.
The randomizer doesn't pull any punches, either. It selects from the entire entity list in the game. You could be chopping down a basic oak tree to make a crafting table and suddenly have a Wither or an Elder Guardian staring right at you. There is absolutely no warning and no predictable pattern to it, meaning simple tasks like clearing out a flat spot for your house can quickly escalate into a chaotic fight for your life.
Because this turns normal resource gathering into a high-stakes survival challenge, you really shouldn't try to play this with just vanilla gear. Pairing this with a heavy-duty custom weapons mod is basically mandatory if you actually want to survive your first mining trip. It’s also a really good idea to throw in a gravestone or corpse addon—because you are definitely going to lose your items when a random Creeper drops on your head inside a tiny two-by-one tunnel.
Installation Mod:
- Download the .mcaddon / .mcpack;
- Open the file to import into the game;
- In World Settings → Resource Packs and Behavior Packs, enable it (turn on Experiments if needed);
- Have fun!
