The Verity Mod introduces a cheerful AI companion to your Minecraft Bedrock world, but do not let that little yellow smiley face fool you. What starts as a helpful chat buddy slowly devolves into an absolute psychological nightmare the longer you play.
At first, Verity feels like a brilliant addition to your survival playthrough. You can actually communicate with him directly through the text chat, asking random trivia, looking for ore tips, or just having him play music while you build. He follows you around and acts like a totally normal, friendly helper. However, the true horror kicks in after a few in-game days. He might just stop moving to stare deep into the woods or whisper warnings about things that aren't even there.
This Minecraft horror mod throws out standard, predictable jumpscares and focuses purely on slow-burn, ARG-style tension. There are hidden rules you have to follow to survive—for instance, inviting a friend to your realm after a certain point will seriously anger him. Push him too far, and that tiny yellow friend mutates into a massive, terrifying stalker that actively hunts you down. If you are obsessed with story-driven creepypastas and want a Bedrock modification that genuinely messes with your head, grabbing this download is a huge win. Just remember to watch what you type, because he remembers everything.
Installation Mod:
- Download the .mcaddon / .mcpack;
- Open the file to import into the game;
- In World Settings → Resource Packs and Behavior Packs, enable it (turn on Experiments if needed);
- Have fun!
