Glass Slabs, Stairs & VERTICAL Slabs Addon

Mods / Addons / Mods 1.26

The Glass Slabs, Stairs & Vertical Slabs Addon finally gives builders the transparent blocks we've been begging Mojang to add for years. If you want to construct a sketchy invisible bridge over a lava pit or make ultra-thin windows, this is exactly what you need.

Let's be real, regular glass blocks feel way too bulky when you're trying to detail a modern base or set up a floating floor. This Minecraft Bedrock custom blocks mod completely opens up your architectural options. You get half-slabs for sleek skylights, stairs for see-through pathways, and yes, actual vertical slabs to build proper thin walls. I've been using it to section off indoor mob farms without making the room look cramped. The stonecutter and standard crafting table recipes are fully integrated right out of the box, so crafting these in a survival playthrough is super straightforward.

Because the MCPE engine is notoriously stubborn, there are a few quirks you need to know about before you start building. The custom stairs don't magically connect at the corners like vanilla wood does, and their hitbox means you kinda have to jump up them rather than just holding W to walk up smoothly. Also, you can't stack two half-slabs directly on top of each other to make a full block. Even with those weird API restrictions, having this Minecraft glass slabs addon in your inventory is a massive win. It just makes base detailing so much better.

Installation Mod:
- Download the .mcaddon / .mcpack;
- Open the file to import into the game;
- In World Settings → Resource Packs and Behavior Packs, enable it (turn on Experiments if needed);
- Have fun!
