Stop wasting coal and spamming torches every five blocks just to see the walls of a cave. The Flux Dynamic Light Addon brings true real-time illumination to your hands without disabling your Xbox achievements or lagging your realm.
Mining deep underground is usually a massive chore when you have to constantly swap between your pickaxe and a stack of torches. This file completely overhauls the lighting engine. You just throw a torch or lantern into your off-hand, and the area instantly lights up as you walk. It even works on dropped items. If you are staring down a massive deepslate ravine, just chuck a piece of glowstone over the edge to scout for creepers before you blindly jump down.
The biggest issue with older lighting scripts was the insane block-update lag that would tank server TPS. This pack fixes that completely with a custom engine that prioritizes player light sources, keeping your frame rate incredibly smooth even if your whole SMP is caving at once. Best of all, you do not need to flip on any risky experimental toggles in the world settings. It uses native systems, meaning your survival achievements stay completely active. You even get to access the config menu just by renaming a normal stick to "fluxmenu" on an anvil.
If you want a cleaner, more immersive survival experience without the annoying torch grind, you need this Minecraft Bedrock dynamic light addon. Grab this MCPE lighting mod, equip a lantern, and actually see what you are mining.
Installation Mod:
- Download the .mcaddon / .mcpack;
- Open the file to import into the game;
- In World Settings → Resource Packs and Behavior Packs, enable it (turn on Experiments if needed);
- Have fun!
