Security Cameras Addon

Mods 1.26 / Mods 1.21

Security Cameras Addon surveillance cameras in the game Minecraft Bedrock.

Stop getting your loot stolen while your back is turned—the Security Cameras Addon lets you wire up a fully functional CCTV network to catch server griefers red-handed.

Playing on an active multiplayer realm is all fun and games until you log back in after a long weekend and realize your entire storage room has been completely cleaned out. Vanilla Minecraft Bedrock offers absolutely zero ways to figure out who broke your windows or who quietly "borrowed" your backup Netherite gear. You usually just end up placing a few useless iron doors, slapping down a warning sign, and hoping for the best. This behavior pack completely fixes that massive blind spot by handing you legitimate, operational surveillance tech. You finally get to play Big Brother on your own server, monitoring every single angle of your property without having to physically stand guard on your roof like a paranoid sentry.

The mechanics here are insanely satisfying and run surprisingly smooth on the MCPE engine. You physically craft the camera units and mount them wherever you have a vulnerability. Hide one in the corner of your villager trading hall, stick another one directly facing your Nether portal, and mount a third overlooking your main vault entrance. Once your perimeter is rigged, you use a custom monitor tool to tap into the video feeds. With just a quick interaction, your perspective snaps straight to the camera's lens, letting you remotely view a live feed of your compound. It is a genuine, real-time monitoring system, not just some static decorative block that looks cool but does absolutely nothing.

Having remote sight completely changes how you manage massive survival projects. Let’s say you are thousands of blocks away clearing out an ocean monument, or you are stuck down at Y-level -59 doing a massive deepslate strip-mining session. You suddenly wonder if your automated creeper farm is actually pushing mobs into the kill chamber or if it got clogged up again. Instead of abandoning your mining trip and trekking all the way home to check, you just pull up the camera feed, verify the farm is working, and get right back to digging. It is the ultimate quality-of-life upgrade for technical players who love building massive industrial districts and need to keep tabs on multiple redstone contraptions at once.

For the custom mapmakers out there, this toolkit is an absolute goldmine. If you are trying to design a custom horror map, a prison escape minigame, or a high-tech military roleplay world, having working CCTV is mandatory. You can build a legitimate security office where one player acts as the guard, shouting out enemy positions to their teammates based on what they see on the monitors. It creates ridiculous tension and forces intruders to actually think about line-of-sight and camera blind spots when trying to raid a base.

Wiring up a dedicated control room full of screens just makes your mega-base feel incredibly premium. You transition from living in a basic stone hut to running a highly secure, heavily monitored fortress. If you are seriously sick of logging into your Minecraft Bedrock seed and finding your chests mysteriously empty, install this mod, mount those lenses in the corners, and start catching the thieves in 4K.
