Bedrock Energistics Addon

Mods 1.26 / Mods 1.21

Bedrock Energistics Addon for electricity, energy, generators and more for Minecraft. A row of furnaces is useful, but there comes a point in Minecraft when you start wishing the work could take care of itself. Bedrock Energistics brings machines and energy systems into your world, giving you new ways to process materials and build a base around technology. You can generate power, put machines to work, and gradually turn a small workshop into a much larger operation.

Generators are a good place to begin understanding the addon. Machines need energy, so before setting up a processing area, you’ll need a way to supply it. Once you have power available, you can start looking at what the other devices do and decide which ones would be useful for your projects. It doesn’t have to become a huge factory straight away. You can start with a single machine, learn how to use it, and expand when you have the materials and space.

The machines handle different jobs. Some process resources or smelt items, while others can help with mining or produce materials. There are also devices for placing and breaking blocks. That opens up possibilities for players who like finding ways to reduce repetitive work. If you regularly return from a mining trip with a full inventory, setting up a processing area gives you somewhere to put those resources to use. As your needs grow, you can add more equipment and arrange it around the jobs you do most often.

Each machine has its own interface, so you can open it and see where its inputs and outputs belong. The guide book is useful when you’re unsure what a device needs or what it produces. Instead of crafting several machines and hoping they’ll work together, take a moment to read about one that interests you, gather its materials, and try it out. Understanding a small setup first makes it much easier to decide what you want to build next.

Energy isn’t the only thing you’ll be managing. The addon also includes ways to work with fluids and gases, along with tanks for storing them. That gives you more to think about when planning your workshop: where a machine will sit, what it needs to receive, and where its output should go. You might begin by placing everything close together, then rearrange the room once you have a better idea of how much space your operation needs.

There’s plenty of room to make the machinery fit your own base. Build a separate industrial building, place a workshop beneath your house, or set up a processing area near your mine. You can keep the machines on display as part of a busy factory or hide them inside a building that looks like an ordinary Minecraft workshop from the outside. Either way, the equipment gives you a reason to plan a space around more than just chests and crafting tables.

Bedrock Energistics can also work with other addons built around Bedrock Energistics Core. For example, a compatible storage addon can be used alongside its generators and machines. That gives you the option to bring power production and a larger storage setup into the same base. The Core is a separate required addon, so make sure it is installed along with Bedrock Energistics before starting your setup.

If you enjoy technical projects, the appeal is in making each part of your base serve a purpose. Gather the materials for your first generator, choose a machine, and see what you can make it do. From there, you can keep the workshop small or add new devices whenever another idea comes to mind.

Finally, real storage systems on Bedrock. I connected everything — furnaces, farms, crafting — and now my world runs smoother than my PC can handle.
