Simple Tridents – Texture Pack

Textures

Simple Tridents does one very specific thing, and that is exactly why it works. It turns your held tridents into their 2D item sprite instead of keeping the usual held model look. That means the pack is not trying to rework trident mechanics, add effects, or change combat behavior. Simple Tridents is purely about how the trident looks while you are holding it, and that kind of focused visual edit is often the most useful in everyday play.

The biggest benefit of Simple Tridents is screen clarity. A held trident can feel pretty big and noticeable when it is always sitting in front of you, especially if you are using it a lot during travel, ocean fights, or general survival movement. With the trident shown as its 2D item sprite instead, the item look becomes flatter and cleaner, which can make the screen feel a little less crowded. That is especially nice for players who like smaller, less distracting held-item visuals while exploring, fighting mobs near water, or just keeping a trident ready as part of their normal loadout.

Simple Tridents also fits well with players who enjoy cleaner visual packs instead of giant overhauls. Since it only changes the held appearance, it can slide into a normal Bedrock setup without changing the rest of the game’s style. In real play, that means you still get the same trident use and same survival rhythm, but the item feels more lightweight visually. If you spend time throwing tridents during combat, carrying one while moving through rainy biomes, or using one around the ocean, this pack gives that whole experience a simpler look without messing with the actual item itself.

A good way to use Simple Tridents is to pair it with other clean resource packs that reduce visual clutter, because that is where a small edit like this usually stands out the most. It is not a flashy pack, and it does not need to be. Simple Tridents is a neat little visual change for Minecraft Bedrock players who like the trident but want it to look cleaner and more compact while it is held on screen.
