Tree Capitator And More Mod is built around one big idea: you control the rules. Instead of being stuck with whatever the addon author decided, you can set your own blocks you want to capitate, remove blocks, and tweak other settings directly in-game using the Capitator Settings item. That makes it feel way more practical for long-term survival worlds, because you can adjust it to match how you actually play instead of adapting your play to the addon.
When you start a world, the addon comes with default entries already set up, and they cover both ores and logs. On the ore side, it includes stuff like Diamond Ore and Deepslate Diamond Ore (any pickaxe), Coal Ore and Deepslate Coal Ore (any pickaxe), Iron Ore and Deepslate Iron Ore (stone pickaxe or better), Lapis Ore and Deepslate Lapis Ore (stone pickaxe or better), plus higher-tier requirements like Gold Ore and Deepslate Gold Ore (iron pickaxe or better), Emerald Ore and Deepslate Emerald Ore (iron pickaxe or better), Redstone Ore and Deepslate Redstone Ore (iron pickaxe or better), Quartz Ore (stone pickaxe or better), Ancient Debris (diamond pickaxe or better), and even Nether Gold Ore requiring a gold pickaxe or better. On the wood side, it covers a full list of logs and stems—Oak, Spruce, Birch, Jungle, Acacia, Dark Oak, Cherry, Pale Oak, plus Crimson Stem and Warped Stem—and they all require any type of axe.
In real gameplay, that means your grind gets faster, but still stays controlled by tool gates. You’re not skipping progression—you still need the right tool tier for certain blocks—so survival balance can stay intact while your time sink drops hard. It’s especially nice for mining sessions where you’re trying to clear ore veins efficiently or for wood runs when you want to knock out a whole tree haul without turning it into a 10-minute chore.
The customization is also where it stays clean if you don’t like certain behavior. If you want to remove an existing entry, you interact with the Capitator Settings item to open a UI. From there, you click “Remove Capitator Data,” select the block you want to remove, confirm it, and that block will stop being capitated. That’s huge because you can fine-tune the addon around your build style—keep the speed where you want it, remove what feels annoying, and keep your Minecraft Bedrock world playing the way you like.
