Chained Hearts Mod

Mods / Addons / Mods 1.21

Chained Hearts Mod, also called Linked Hearts, is a multiplayer add-on that connects two players into one shared health system. Once you’re linked, every bit of damage you take, every heal you get, and every regeneration tick is mirrored, so your health bars are basically one team-wide lifeline. It’s built for co-op adventures, challenge runs, or just messing around with friends in a way that instantly raises the stakes.

The moment you link up, the game feels different because you can’t treat fights like a solo problem anymore. If one of you face-tanks a hit, the other pays for it too. If one of you heals up, the other benefits, which makes teamwork feel tighter than normal Minecraft Bedrock co-op. You’ll start talking more in combat, moving more carefully, and thinking twice before doing anything risky, because a single bad decision doesn’t just punish the person who made it.

Linked Hearts keeps the setup easy. There’s no crafting and no commands needed, so you’re not wasting time configuring stuff before you can play. The add-on includes a Linked Compass item that’s meant to look and feel like an enchanted compass, and it uses a special styled name, “§bLinked Hearts §d@LinkedHearts,” with glow-like visuals. That little presentation touch makes it feel like a real “bond item” instead of a generic tool.

For practical play, the smartest move is to treat your link like a shared budget. Avoid splitting up when you know danger is coming, and don’t let one person take repeated chip damage while the other is distracted, because the drain is shared either way. Chained Hearts Mod shines when you plan together, back each other up, and keep fights clean instead of sloppy. It’s multiplayer ready, works in creative and realms, and it stays simple and lightweight, which makes Chained Hearts Mod an easy add to Minecraft Bedrock worlds when you want co-op to feel intense without adding complicated rules.
