Player Health Indicator Bedrock — see the fight, not just the particles

Ever swung into a duel, guessed your opponent was “one hit,” and then fed them three hearts and a free cleanup? Player Health Indicator Bedrock fixes that. This resource pack puts a clean heart readout above every player’s head in real time, so you always know whether to push, kite, or peel for a teammate. No commands, no scoreboard spaghetti—just hop in, enable the pack, and the info shows up where your eyes already are.

I ran it across a bunch of modes—1v1 arenas, kit PvP, UHC scrims, even casual SMP—and it changed how we played almost immediately. Hearts tick down the moment hits land and climb the moment someone chugs or eats, so callouts get sharp: “three hearts, finish,” “back off, he regen’d,” “swap targets, tank’s still healthy.” In team fights it’s a cheat-code for focus fire; you stop guessing who’s weak and start ending the weak. On survival servers it’s just as handy for friendlies—quick heals during boss events, cleaner trades, less “oops, I thought you were fine.”

Because it’s a resource pack for Minecraft Bedrock, achievements stay on and performance doesn’t tank—works on mobile, console, and PC, plus it plays nicely on most servers I tried. It’s inspired by the classic Java health indicators, but built natively for Bedrock with its own assets. Bottom line: if you want cleaner comms and smarter fights, Player Health Indicator Bedrock turns guesswork into wins.

Guessing if that fully stacked iron golem is one tap away from dropping iron or about to launch you into the stratosphere is a gamble you shouldn't be taking. Flying blind in combat just leads to dropped loot and unnecessary respawns, which is exactly why patching your interface with actual combat analytics is non-negotiable.

Vanilla UI is incredibly stingy with data. You land a solid crit with an enchanted Netherite axe, and all you get is a red flash and a generic damage tick sound. That lack of feedback is completely useless when you are sweating in a competitive arena or trying to clutch a high-tier village raid. You need to know if the target has half a heart left so you can secure the frag, or if they are sitting on a massive HP pool while you burn through your weapon's durability.

Implementing the Player Health Indicator addon immediately patches this massive blind spot in the Bedrock ecosystem. This MCPE utility pack renders a crisp, floating visual meter directly above every single entity inside your render distance. As your weapon connects, that specific bar actively drains in real-time. It entirely removes the guesswork from your engagements. Instead of just spamming your attack input and hoping for a favorable outcome, you are forced to make informed, calculated decisions based on hard numerical data.
