Iron Golem to Heavy Weapons Guy Addon / Texture Pack is for anyone who sees an Iron Golem and immediately thinks, “yeah, that’s basically a bodyguard already… make it Heavy.” This pack does exactly that by changing the Iron Golem into the Heavy from Team Fortress 2, so villages and your base defense suddenly feel like they’ve been adopted by TF2 energy. It’s a cosmetic swap, but it hits hard because the Iron Golem is always in your face when you’re around villagers, farms, or any build where you rely on golems for protection.



The pack comes with two subpacks that change the Heavy’s team color, and you switch between them by pressing the cog wheel to pick which team the Heavy is on. That’s a nice touch if you want your world to lean into a specific look, or if you’re setting up a themed village or PvP arena and you want the vibe to match. It also makes the pack feel more customizable than a one-texture joke, since you’re not stuck with only one color option.

The best detail is how it handles damage. Normally, Iron Golems show more cracks in their texture as their health gets lower. Since Heavy is obviously not made of stone, the pack replaces the cracking stages with damaged clothes, bandages, and a black eye depending on the stage. So during an actual raid or any messy night fight, you can literally see how rough the golem’s doing just by looking at him, but in a way that fits the Heavy skin instead of pretending he’s made of rock.

In real Minecraft Bedrock gameplay, this pack is funniest when you’re doing village survival or raid defense, because that’s when Iron Golems actually get tested. You’ll see the Heavy version walking around like nothing’s wrong, then after a fight he’s visibly beat up, which makes the whole “village protector” role feel weirdly more personal. A practical tip is to pay attention to those damage stages—if your Heavy is rocking bandages and a black eye, it’s a sign you should back him up before he drops, especially if you’re relying on him to keep villagers alive.
