Notice Board Mod is basically the “make your server stop looking messy” solution. Instead of spamming signs everywhere for rules, announcements, trade offers, and event info, this addon consolidates everything into one board that players can actually browse like a menu. It keeps your spawn area clean while still letting information stay visible and organized, which is huge on Minecraft Bedrock worlds where communities grow fast and sign walls become unreadable clutter.
The core feature is the player posting system. Players can walk up to the board and create posts with a title and message directly through the board UI, so it feels like using an actual bulletin board instead of doing clunky sign editing. Posts can be organized into custom categories like News, Trade, Rules, or Events, and each category can have its own icon so people can instantly recognize what they’re clicking. That’s a small detail, but it makes the whole system feel polished and easy to use for casual players who don’t want to dig through text.
Notice Board Mod also handles the “old posts never get cleaned up” problem with expiration timers. You can choose how long a post stays active using preset durations, or set it to Infinite if it’s something permanent like rules. And when posts expire, they don’t have to vanish. If the Admin Archive option is enabled, expired posts can be moved into an archive instead of being deleted, which is perfect for servers that want history, receipts, or just a record of past events and trades.
For community interaction, posts support comments with the player name and timestamp, so each post can turn into a mini thread. There’s also a Saved Posts page where players can bookmark posts they want to reference later, which is super useful for trade listings, event schedules, or “don’t forget this rule” reminders. Location tagging is another cool touch: posts can automatically include the location where they were created, which helps a lot for trade meetups, build notices, or event directions without someone having to explain coordinates manually.
Admins get moderation tools and board settings to keep things under control. You can manage categories, tweak behavior, and even disable player posts if you want the board to be announcements-only. The best part is the clean UI flow—everything happens through in-game menus, and normal players don’t need command knowledge to use it. Notice Board Mod is a strong pick for Bedrock multiplayer worlds that want organized communication without turning spawn into a sign museum.
