Adrenaline Mod / Addon

Mods 1.26 / Mods 1.21

Adrenaline Mod is built around a simple survival moment every Minecraft Bedrock player knows: that split second where you’re sure you’re cooked, but you still have one chance to clutch. The addon simulates that panic-response vibe by triggering when your health hits 4 HP or less (2 hearts). It’s not framed as a cheat-mode escape button, but as a short burst that gives you enough time to react, reposition, and maybe turn the situation around if you play it smart.

When Adrenaline Mod triggers, you get Strength II for 5 seconds, Speed II for 5 seconds, and Resistance X for 2 seconds. That mix is clearly meant to create a quick survival surge. Speed gives you the ability to dip out or reposition instantly, Strength helps if you decide to fight instead of run, and the short Resistance window is there for that immediate “don’t die right now” moment while you regain control. In real play, that means the addon shines during messy situations: getting jumped in a cave, taking a bad hit mid-fight, or slipping into a fall you didn’t expect. It won’t replace good decisions, but it can give you that extra breath to make one.

Adrenaline Mod also activates from any type of damage, including PvP, mobs, fall damage, and environmental hazards. That’s important because it means the trigger isn’t limited to combat-only situations. It can save you during exploration, base work, or travel too, especially when you’re moving fast and make one mistake. At the same time, it doesn’t activate in Creative mode, so it stays focused on survival pressure.

The cooldown system is what keeps Adrenaline Mod from feeling broken. After it triggers, there’s a 10-second cooldown, so you can’t chain the surge repeatedly. In practice, that means you still have to play smart after the first clutch moment. A good way to use it is to treat the activation as a signal to reset the situation: back off, heal, get behind cover, or end the fight quickly while the window is open. Adrenaline Mod is a clean survival pacing addon that makes low-health moments more intense and gives you a brief, controlled chance to survive when you’re on the edge.
