Portable Storage/Auction House Mod / Addon

Mods / Addons / Mods 1.21

Portable Storage/Auction House Mod is one of those “quality-of-life but also economy” addons that instantly changes how survival worlds feel. The Portable Storage Unit is basically your personal pocket stash you can carry anywhere, and the big rule is that it’s tied to the player. Your PSU inventory is yours alone, so it’s not just a shared container you toss on the ground—it’s more like a private storage layer you can rely on when your base chests are already a disaster.

Storage-wise, you get 10 stack-slots, and each slot behaves like a real 64-stack. It also handles partial stacks in a smart way by filling partial stacks first, which is exactly what you want when you’re coming back from mining or a structure run with a bunch of half-stacks of random loot. And the addon blocks shulker boxes inside the PSU to prevent storage-in-storage abuse, which is a good call—otherwise this kind of tool turns into infinite inventory and survival stops feeling like survival.

The other half of the addon is the market system, and it’s not just a cute side feature. There’s a built-in auction house where you can list trades like “6 diamonds for 20 copper ingots,” and each player can have up to 10 active listings at a time. You can cancel listings anytime before they sell, and the items drop back to you, so you’re not permanently risking your stuff if the market’s slow. The market is global, meaning it supports lots of sellers without a server-wide cap—only per-player limits—so it scales naturally for busy realms and servers.

What makes it feel legit instead of exploitable is the exact-match trading support. You can trade specific enchanted books with the exact enchant level, tipped arrows and potions with the exact effect, and durability is preserved and shown on listings so nobody can abuse “buy/sell to repair” tricks. On top of that, transactions cost XP: selling costs 2 levels and buying costs 1 level, and if you don’t have the XP, the trade doesn’t happen. That keeps the economy from turning into a zero-cost vending machine and adds a small “commitment” to every deal.

It’s also offline-safe. If you log out, sales can still complete, and your rewards wait for you to claim when you return. That’s huge for real servers where people aren’t online at the same time, because it means the market keeps moving without needing both players to meet up.

Crafting is clear and survival-friendly: top row is 3 iron ingots, middle row is glass, redstone block, glass, and bottom row is 3 iron ingots. In practice, this mod is perfect for Minecraft Bedrock survival worlds that want better inventory management and player-driven trading without turning everything into creative mode—portable storage that stays controlled, and an auction house that stays fair.
