Gun and Katana Mod / Addon

Gun and Katana Mod will add two cool weapons to the game Minecraft Bedrock at once. Gun and Katana brings modern firearms and fast blade combat into Minecraft Bedrock. Carrying both gives you a ranged option for distant threats and a katana for enemies that get close, with room to switch your approach during a fight.

The gun side of the addon is built around dealing damage from a distance. That makes it appealing when you can see a threat ahead and have space to line up a shot. Open ground gives you time to aim and watch what’s approaching, while obstacles make choosing a position more important. A wall, doorway, or change in elevation can affect how much of the surrounding area you can see. Those decisions remain part of the encounter even with a powerful weapon available. If you enjoy ranged combat, the firearms give your survival loadout a modern feel and another way to approach the enemies you meet while exploring.

The katana handles close encounters, with an emphasis on quick attacks and precise melee fighting. It’s the other half of the pack’s appeal: a blade you can reach for when the distance between you and an enemy disappears. Keeping it near the gun on your hotbar is a practical way to get comfortable switching between them. You could start by practicing against familiar mobs in an open area, paying attention to your aim and how you move during an approach. That gives you a chance to learn the weapons at your own pace before taking them along on a longer expedition.

Together, the weapons make distance an interesting part of your loadout choices. You might prefer to stay back and shoot whenever the terrain allows it, then use the katana when a fight moves into tighter surroundings. Another player might enjoy closing the gap and keeping the firearm ready for targets farther away. The combination leaves room for either preference. It also gives a shared survival session a theme your group can build around. One person could favor the gun while another carries a blade, with everyone comparing what feels comfortable during ordinary exploration. Finding a setup you enjoy is part of settling into the addon.

For a custom PvP arena, the same pairing offers a straightforward idea to work with. Long sightlines would give players opportunities to use firearms, while corners and sheltered routes could encourage closer encounters. A compact courtyard connected to a few passages would be enough to start experimenting with that layout. These are arenas you would arrange yourself, using the added weapons as the basis for the matches. Gun and Katana also suits an action-themed survival world where the equipment is part of your character’s look. A firearm and a blade make a clear combination, and the attraction is simple: having both ready when you head out from the base.

Installation Mod:
- Download the .mcaddon / .mcpack;
- Open the file to import into the game;
- In World Settings → Resource Packs and Behavior Packs, enable it (turn on Experiments if needed);
- Have fun!
