Mob Toys Addon

Mods / Addons / Mods 1.26

Trading with villagers gets pretty stale when you already have all your diamond gear and enchanted books. The Mob Toys addon adds a completely new reason to spend your resources by introducing a custom trader known simply as the Seller. Instead of just offering standard survival items, this guy sells a bunch of sought-after goods at really reasonable prices, but the main reason you want to find him is to buy his Toy Boxes.

If you want to start building a collection, you have to buy these boxes and break them open, but there is a very specific catch. You can't just punch the box or use your standard overpowered tools. The Toy Box will only break and drop its contents if you mine it with a golden pickaxe. It actually gives you a legitimate reason to craft gold tools instead of just ignoring the ore underground.

The charm here is in the ridiculous level of detail baked into every tiny figurine. We’re not talking about flat item sprites glued against a wall; these are actual three-dimensional micro-models that look like genuine vinyl action figures you’d hunt down at a convention. The lineup covers a crazy spread of classic Overworld nightmares, Nether terrors, and chill passives. You can set up a palm-sized Creeper right next to your enchanting table, park an ultra-compact Iron Golem beside your anvil as your personal mascot, or line your bedroom shelves with miniature Endermen, Ghasts, and Piglins. They give your personal quarters that authentic gamer-room vibe, letting you flex your favorite mob designs without worrying about a stray explosion or teleportation glitch wiping out your hard work.

Crafting and setting them up is completely painless, keeping the survival loop snappy and intuitive. You don’t need to hunt down absurdly rare boss materials or decipher messy custom workstation menus to build up your display case. The recipes are balanced to make collecting them an addictive little side hustle during casual play sessions. When you drop them onto a solid block, they snap into place cleanly, fitting seamlessly onto desks, bedside tables, fireplace mantels, or custom display pedestals built out of glass and wood slabs. They even make for hilarious gifts to leave behind when visiting a friend’s base—dropping a tiny, harmless Warden on their bed while they’re mining deep below the surface is peak harmless trolling.

Because performance is always top of mind when decorating mega-structures, the add-on is engineered to be super light on system resources. Unlike live entities that chew up memory with pathfinding algorithms, hostile target acquisition, and constant audio checks, these little guys sit quietly without tanking your client’s tick rate. That means you can deck out an entire toy store in your server's shopping district or fill dozens of display cases across a shared community hub, and your framerate stays silky smooth on mobile devices, consoles, and PC setups alike.

Installation is as quick as double-clicking the file to launch Bedrock, flipping on your standard experimental toggles in the world settings, and launching your seed. If your survival compound needs personality and you want to show off your love for the game's craziest creatures, picking up the Mob Toys Addon is an absolute no-brainer that will instantly breathe life into your home.

Right now, cracking open a box drops one of six miniature mob figures, and it operates entirely on a random rarity system. You are going to see a lot of basic Zombies, Cows, and Sheep when you start opening them. If you want to get your hands on the rare figures like the Witch or the Creeper, you will probably have to grind a bit and buy quite a few boxes from the Seller. The Enderman is in the current loot pool too, and since more figures are planned for future updates, it’s a really fun collectible system to display on the shelves inside your base.

Installation Mod:
- Download the .mcaddon / .mcpack;
- Open the file to import into the game;
- In World Settings → Resource Packs and Behavior Packs, enable it (turn on Experiments if needed);
- Have fun!
