True PvP Mechanics: Java Utility Addon
Spam-clicking your way through fights in Bedrock is honestly pretty brain-dead compared to how combat works on the PC side. If you are tired of the default system and want a proper Minecraft Bedrock Java combat mod, the Java Utility addon is exactly what you need. Instead of just changing some textures, it uses a script-based system to completely overhaul how fighting feels, making it require actual skill.

You can't just mash the attack button anymore if you want to deal max damage. This addon accurately recreates the exact damage values and weapon cooldowns from Java Edition, so you actually have to time your swings. The biggest game-changer is that it finally brings the sweeping edge mechanic to swords in MCPE. You can actually slice through a huge crowd of zombies in your mob farm all at once, rather than having to hit them one by one. Landing critical hits also requires proper timing, making standard survival PvE and realm PvP feel way more balanced.

The creator didn't just stop at the math and damage numbers, either. The whole experience feels incredibly polished because it includes all the authentic, immersive sound effects you would expect from a full Java Edition overhaul. Hearing that specific, punchy hit marker sound when you land a perfect crit makes combat feel so much more satisfying than vanilla Bedrock.

Installation Mod:
- Download the .mcaddon / .mcpack;
- Open the file to import into the game;
- In World Settings → Resource Packs and Behavior Packs, enable it (turn on Experiments if needed);
- Have fun!
