I'm a Tamer! Addon

Mods / Addons / Mods 1.26

The I'm a Tamer! addon totally revamps Minecraft's pet system by introducing magical, RPG-style companions that actively fight, heal, and level up alongside you. Instead of just taming another boring vanilla wolf, you actually have to hunt down an evil pillager to rescue your new best friends.

To get your squad going in this Minecraft Bedrock pet addon, you need to track down a new mini-boss called the Enslaver. This guy wanders the Overworld, usually hanging around standard farm animals, dragging captive pets around on a leash. Once you take him out, you just feed the freed companion an Apple Cookie to claim them. The actual lineup of pets is honestly amazing. You can roll with a Raccoon that dishes out multi-target melee damage, a tanky Tortoise that buffs your defense, a Faerie that throws out clutch heals, or a Witchie who spams levitation and poison debuffs on hostile mobs.

What really makes this MCPE companion mod stand out is the Tamer Totem mechanic. It gives you a fully functional UI to manage a party of up to three active pets at once. You can use the menu to name them, swap their combat stances between aggressive and passive, or instantly teleport them to your coordinates if they randomly get stuck in a ravine. If you are putting together a custom Minecraft survival modpack and want a legit squad to back you up during boss fights, adding this to your world is a massive upgrade.

Installation Mod:
- Download the .mcaddon / .mcpack;
- Open the file to import into the game;
- In World Settings → Resource Packs and Behavior Packs, enable it (turn on Experiments if needed);
- Have fun!
