Even Better Mending Addon

The Even Better Mending Addon removes the clunky mechanics of vanilla tool repair by letting you drain your personal XP bar directly into your damaged gear. It is the ultimate quality-of-life fix for anyone tired of awkwardly swapping items at their mob farm just to fix a broken pickaxe.

In standard survival, the Mending enchantment is a lifesaver, but the way it absorbs experience orbs is incredibly annoying. If you already have 50 levels stored on your character and a badly damaged Netherite sword in your inventory, you cannot just use your current experience to fix it.
