Simple More Skeletons Addon

Mods / Addons / Mods 1.26

The Simple More Skeletons Add-on breathes fresh danger into Minecraft Bedrock by introducing eight unique skeleton variants customized for specific biomes. It turns standard cave exploration and ocean diving into unpredictable combat encounters.

Vanilla skeletons get old fast, but this pack gives every major region its own customized bone-rattler. Trekking through a jungle now puts you against Mossed Skeletons slinging poison arrows, while strolling down beaches might land you in melee combat with aggressive Corsairs. The nether gets significantly more oppressive too—Soul Sand Valleys now host Executioners swinging Wither-infused iron axes alongside magic-hurling SoulStealers.

The coolest mechanic shows up in the ocean depths. Underwater combat is usually trivial, but Fire, Horn, and Bubble Coral Skeletons actively hunt you down while riding Zombie Nautiluses. Getting sniped underwater by a bow-wielding skeleton on a zombie sea creature completely shifts how you explore coral reefs. Even deep underground caves force you to keep your guard up, as Warrior Skeletons drop Instant Damage and Weakness debuffs with their ranged shots.

Throw in a funny hidden Potato Skeleton easter egg, and you have a lightweight mob overhaul that keeps survival combat engaging. If you want your Bedrock worlds to feel dangerous again without breaking the core vanilla gameplay loop, this skeleton pack is a solid install for your next world.
