A random mob spawn every 30 seconds Mod / Addon

Mods 1.26 / Mods 1.21

A random mob spawn every 30 seconds Minecraft mod with a new challenge for the game. You’ve just started gathering wood, and a sheep appears nearby. Thirty seconds later, the next arrival might be a villager—or something that wants to fight you. A Random Mob Spawn Every 30 Seconds turns that uncertainty into a Minecraft survival challenge. A random mob appears near every player at regular half-minute intervals, so even a simple task can be interrupted before you finish it. The harmless arrivals may give you a moment to carry on with your plans, but there’s no telling what the next one will be. You’ll need to gather resources, make equipment, and find somewhere to live while keeping an eye on your surroundings. If a dangerous mob appears when you’re halfway through crafting your first tools, the usual calm beginning of a new world can end rather quickly.

The challenge changes the decisions you make during ordinary survival. Mining for iron still matters, but stopping in one place for too long means dealing with whatever appears nearby. Building a house can give you somewhere to organize your supplies, although you’ll still need to stay alert while working around it. Even sorting a full inventory becomes more interesting when another mob could arrive before you’ve decided where to put everything. Keep a weapon and food where you can reach them, and think about an escape route when you enter a cave or climb a mountain. You won’t always need to fight: sometimes moving away and returning later will give you a better chance of keeping the resources you’ve already collected.

Not every surprise is bad. A peaceful animal or a villager can appear instead of an enemy, giving the challenge a few funny moments between the more dangerous ones. You might be preparing for another attack and turn around to find a sheep standing beside you. The next arrival could demand a much faster response, so it pays not to assume you know what’s coming. In multiplayer, the add-on spawns a random mob near every player, which gives each person something to deal with even when the group splits up. Friends can gather materials in different places and report what has appeared, or stay together and try to handle the interruptions as a team. If you build a shared base, agree on where to meet when someone needs help and keep spare equipment ready for trips outside.

For a longer goal, try defeating the Ender Dragon while the random spawns continue. You’ll still need to prepare for the journey to the End, but every step—from gathering supplies to reaching the portal—comes with the possibility of another unexpected encounter. It’s a challenge you can attempt alone, race against friends, or play cooperatively without worrying about finishing as quickly as possible. To install the add-on, download the pack, open it with Minecraft, and activate it in your world settings. Start a survival world, collect the essentials, and see how long your plans last once the first few mobs arrive. You may get a peaceful start, or you may spend your first minutes running. Either way, another surprise is never far away.

Installation Mod:
- Download the .mcaddon / .mcpack;
- Open the file to import into the game;
- In World Settings → Resource Packs and Behavior Packs, enable it (turn on Experiments if needed);
- Have fun!
